Refund Policy

At Sheep of Thesus, we prioritize transparency and fairness in all our transactions. Our refund policy is designed to protect both our customers and our agency’s efforts. By purchasing our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions regarding refunds:

1. 100% Refund – Discovery Call Not Conducted

You are eligible for a full refund of the service fee if a discovery call has not been conducted. No work is initiated before the discovery call; therefore, 100% of the fee will be returned upon cancellation at this stage.

2. 50% Refund – Discovery Call Conducted and Design Finalized

If a discovery call has been conducted and the design has been finalized, but no further work has commenced, you are eligible for a 50% refund. This is to cover the time and effort invested in understanding your requirements and finalizing a design concept that aligns with your needs.

3. 0% Refund – Work in Progress

Once the design work has commenced after the discovery call and design finalization, refunds will not be issued. This non-refundable stage reflects the investment of resources, time, and effort made by our team to deliver high-quality designs tailored to your requirements.

Conditions and Exceptions

Refund eligibility is determined based on the stage of the project and the services rendered up to the point of the refund request. Any request for a refund must be made in writing via email to dropahint@sheepoftheseus.com with a clear explanation of the reason for cancellation. Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of approval.

Dispute Resolution

In case of any disputes regarding refund eligibility, Sheep of Theseus Pvt Ltd reserves the right to make a final decision based on the evidence of work performed and the agreement made during the discovery call.

Customer Responsibility

It is the responsibility of the customer to communicate clearly during the discovery call and provide accurate, detailed information for the design process. Any delays or miscommunication caused by the customer may impact the timeline and eligibility for refunds.
